About Shannon
Shannon Martin founded Paceline Collision Systems. In just under 20 years, he took the company from one employee working in a single stall to 150 team members serving in 6 different communities. Transparent leadership, honest communication, and providing opportunities for his team members to advance in their profession, drove the success of the company, which later merged with Gerber Collision & Glass.
Paceline was focused on restoring peace of mind, a cultural tenet expressed through- out the organization. Mr. Martin ensured that the stores operated by adherence to these values, rather than basing decisions strictly on the bottom line.
Shannon Martin is determined to help entrepreneurs expand their operations in a healthy way with a focus on building a great culture.
He is a father of six children and enjoys mountain biking and the great outdoors.
